Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between G TRAVEL DUBROVNIK j.d.o.o. and the users of our services (Sea, Land, Taste, Stay). By booking our services, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms in their entirety.

2. Bookings and Payment

A booking is considered valid only after a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp. G TRAVEL DUBROVNIK reserves the right to request a deposit (20% to 50% of the total price) to secure the booking, depending on the type of service requested.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients have the right to cancel the service under the following conditions:

• Up to 48 hours before: Free cancellation (deposit refund minus bank transaction fees).
• Within 48 hours: The deposit is non-refundable.
• No-show: The full amount of the service will be charged.

In case of extreme weather conditions (for Sea experiences), G TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour for passenger safety, with a full refund provided to the client.

4. Liability and Safety

All passengers in our vehicles and vessels are insured according to the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Clients are required to follow the instructions of the driver or skipper. G TRAVEL is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the service.

5. Complaints

In accordance with Consumer Protection Laws, complaints must be submitted in writing to: gtraveldubrovnik@gmail.com. A response will be provided within 15 days.
